How much should I take?

Feeling great

Despite being health conscious I'm not a big believer in buying or taking lots of supplements which is why I'm on board with Chlorella being as close to original form and multi purpose.

I started 3 weeks ago and my Oura ring statistics have been great for HRV (nervous system function) and sleep. I have felt less fatigue and brain fog and will definitely been continuing. I love taking something green each morning.

Excellent chlorella - best I've found

I've been buying chlorella for the last year and this is the best I've found. I'm happy that it's pure and I know where it came from. Great product, really helps my skin and I sneak it into the kids breakfast too by opening the capsules. Am now doing a double order as my husband has also started taking it. Highly recommended.
