Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of the products sold by The Algae Hub, our return policy does not allow for the return of food items. However, if there are any issues at all please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to put it right.

Likewise, it is not possible to change or cancel orders completed and confirmed in the online store.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. After the order has been processed your algae will be handled by one of our delivery partners and you will be able to follow your package with a tracking number provided by us.

We ship both domestically to EU countries and to a select number of international destinations. Please contact us if your country is not included in our list of destinations.

In the event of an order not being delivered for reasons attributable to us (e.g. loss) we will refund the full amount paid. 

A return by the carrier because the delivery cannot be made, because it was refused or for any other reason attributable to the customer will not be refunded.
